About this Masterclass:
Our most popular masterclass features a premium 3 day intensive experience, that has been thoughtfully designed for you to learn to apply classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions. Across the span of 3 days, our small group training will provide you with extensive amounts of knowledge. Over 6 theory chapters, you will learn about: all things lash extensions, products, equipment, contraindications, sensitivities, allergic reactions, refills, removals, consultation, aftercare, bts of business and so much more!
You will also view demonstrations, practice on a dummy head and complete 4 models under the complete supervision of our experienced international certified educator - Hannah.
Masterclass Overview:
Day 1:
9am: Introduction + Intensive theory
12pm: Lunch Break
12:30pm: Dummy head practice
2:30pm: Conclude day 1

If assessment criteria units are met then certification will be given
at the end of day 3 and you will become a certified eyelash technician, ready to join the lash world!
Models:
Models can either be sourced by Studio Lash and Beauty or by the student.
Across all 4 models, you will practice with eyelash extensions using a range of products (including
classics, hybrids and volumes).
Models will need to:
- Be available for 2 hours
- Have no current eyelash extensions on
- Not have had a lash lift and tint in the past 4 weeks
- Pay the model cost of $15 to cover product usage, as you do not use your course kit through the course.
Models will be able to choose the sets they desire.
Pricing and Payment Options:
This masterclass costs $1450, which includes a full kit valued at over $350 filled with all of our favourite premium SLB supplies.
When enrolling, you are more than welcome to pay in full or enter into a payment plan that is completely customisable to your financial situation.
A payment plan can be discussed and set up with our educator and can be set up over a weekly,
fortnightly, or monthly basis, however the full payment must be completed 8 weeks after your course date.
If opting for a payment plan: please note a $300 deposit needs to be paid to secure your seat + desired dates and will be deducted from your remaining balance. Once the deposit has been paid, our educator will make contact with you within 24-48 hours to discuss your enrolment.
Information for the Day of Training:
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that is ideally black. Avoid items such as jeans or skirts, as they may compromise your comfort. Hair should be tied back to stay out of your face while training.
As mentioned above, you will have a lunch break during your training. Lunch will be the only thing you provide for yourself, whether you choose to buy lunch on the day or bring something to eat - it is up to you! We provide water, a notebook, pen and your course kit.

Q. What happens after the 3 days in the salon?
A. Each student that completes their education with our Academy will be provided with lifetime support, post their masterclass.
Students can contact our educator with any questions they may have regarding eyelash extensions, products, business or any other topics they covered during the 3 days and will receive personalised feedback to their question.
Additionally all SLB students are invited to join the exclusive SLB Academy Facebook page that is designed to be a community platform for all upcoming beauty/ business girls.
Q. What happens if the units of competency are not met after the 3 days?
A. If our educator, cannot site the fundamentals of lashing during the 3 day masterclass we may get the student to complete case study models at home, before we sign off and provide certification.
Q. Does this masterclass and certification mean I can start my own business?
A. Once completing this masterclass you are now a certified lash technician that entitles you to provide this service! You can start your own lash business or work in a salon for another business, providing this service!
Q. What happens if I need to re schedule my masterclass?
A. All deposits + course payments can be rescheduled to a later date providing at least 72 hours notice is given.
Deposits may be lost and forfeited if rescheduling/ cancellations occur within 24-28 hours of the masterclass start date.
Q. How many people are in the small masterclass?
A. SLB Academy desires to have the best possible education that allows intimate and intensive education. Our Eyelash Extension Masterclass has a maximum student intake of 3 per masterclass to allow the closest 1:1 experience possible.
Q. Do we use the course kit in the masterclass?
A. Aside from the Mannequin head, Practice Lashes + Tweezers- No.
All products + Equipment used to complete models during days 2 + 3 are from the Salon supplies to allow students to take home their course kit supplies.
Q. Does the course kit include everything I need to begin lashing?
A. Our masterclass kit has been carefully put together to provide the beginning of your supplies and help start up practicing on your first models.

Q. Is there any extra charge for the Masterclass kit?

About this Masterclass:
For those who have previously completed certification in eyelash extensions (with any business), come and join us at SLB for a refresher masterclass!
Absorb the knowledge we have about applying classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions. Over 6 theory chapters, you will learn about: all things lash extensions, products, equipment, contraindications, sensitivities, allergic reactions, refills, removals, consultation, aftercare, bts of business and so much more!

- Not have had a lash lift and tint in the past 4 weeks
- Pay the model cost of $15 to cover product usage
Models will be able to choose the sets they desire.

This masterclass costs $449. Alternatively, if you would like to complete the masterclass and receive our full take-home kit valued at over $350, the complete cost is $649.

Lash Lift + Tint Masterclass- FAQ
Q. What happens after the day in the salon?
A. Each student that completes their education with our academy will be provided with lifetime support, post their masterclass.
Students can contact our educator with any questions they may have regarding lash lift and tints, products, business or any other topics they covered during the day and will receive personalised feedback to their question.
Additionally all SLB students are invited to join the exclusive SLB Academy Facebook page that is designed to be a community platform for all upcoming beauty/ business girls.
Q. What happens if the units of competency are not met at the end of the day?
A. If our educator, cannot site the fundamentals of providing the lash lift and tint service during the masterclass we may get the student to complete case study models at home, before we sign off and provide certification.
Q. Does this masterclass and certification mean I can start my own business?
A. Once completing this masterclass you are now certified to provide lash lifts and tints to your clients! You can start your own lash lifting business or work in a salon for another business, providing this service!
Q. What happens if I need to re schedule my masterclass?
A. All deposits + course payments can be rescheduled to a later date providing at least 72 hours notice is given.
Deposits may be lost and forfeited if rescheduling/ cancellations occur within 24-28 hours of the masterclass start date.
Q. How many people are in the small masterclass?
A. SLB Academy desires to have the best possible education that allows intimate and intensive education. Our Lash Lift and Tint Masterclass has a maximum student intake of 2 per Masterclass to allow the closest 1:1 experience possible.
Q. Do we use the course kit in the masterclass?
A. No.
All products + Equipment used to complete models during the day are from the Salon supplies to allow students to take home their course kit supplies.
Q. Does the course kit include everything I need to begin lashing?
A. Our masterclass kit has been carefully put together to provide the beginning of your supplies and help start up practicing on your first models.

During the masterclass our educator will provide recommendations on what students can/ should purchase to level up their kit.
Q. Is there any extra charge for the Masterclass kit?
A. No! The Masterclass kit is included into the total cost price and is valued at over $200.
Q. What if I can’t source my own models?
A. Our educator can help to source any models that students cannot source- at no extra cost!
Q. What can I do if I have any questions after enrolment but prior to my masterclass?
A. At any point students are more then welcome to contact our socials or salon to ask they questions they may have!
One week prior to the masterclass our educator will also reach out and check that there are no further questions or queries before starting their new journey.
Q. What do I need to bring to the masterclass?
A. All learning materials such as a notebook, pen + theory manual is all provided on the first day of the masterclass.
Students are welcome to bring their lunch, bag or any other personal items- however all learning materials are provided!
Q. Is lunch included in the lunch break?
A. Lunch is not included during the day however kitchen facilities including a fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster + toaster machine are all available for students to use.
Additionally our salon is located on Elizabeth Way (Just across from the Elizabeth Shopping Centre) and students are more then welcome to head over to the food court.
